New BIR Tax Table starting 2009
Just a friendly reminder (and update) folks.
The new Philippine BIR tax exemption(s) and computation(s) will be implemented IN FULL starting this year.

New BIR Form 2316
The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) has already issued an updated version of BIR Form 2316 – Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld incorporating the requirements under RA 9504 as implemented by Revenue Regulations No. 10-08.
This form is due on January 31, 2009 or on the day of last payment of wages for a resigned employee.
Copy of the Form is attached as a zipped Microsoft Excel file and as an Adobe PDF file.
